I was wondering about that too. I'm on the free tier on patreon and the non-VR 0.15.0 posts say they're locked to higher tiers... I imagine it's not intentional (hopefully).
Apparently the creator paused their memberships entirely after dropping the new build so new or returning subscribers can't get the new build. Wonder what the reason for that is.
