I was wondering about that too. I'm on the free tier on patreon and the non-VR 0.15.0 posts say they're locked to higher tiers... I imagine it's not intentional (hopefully).

Apparently the creator paused their memberships entirely after dropping the new build so new or returning subscribers can't get the new build. Wonder what the reason for that is. 

The membership is paused due to the release delay. It has been resumed now. Thanks for the understanding!

The non-VR version would be locked for a week after its initial release, then it would remain free afterwards.
