A game with a very pleasant overall art style and music, though it's a bit tough on the mouse (the mouse is the boat's wave power engine, lol). Not sure about the development cycle, but if it was made in 48 hours, then the level of completion is quite high.
**Personal hot takes:**
**Mechanics:**
1. Could add some fixed-point, fixed-interval wave generators – somewhat like fish jumping rhythmically in specific spots.
2. Clicking on ice at the polar regions shouldn't generate waves.
3. Could differentiate between long-press and short-press, corresponding to waves of different strengths.
**Expression/Narrative:**
1. Could add some randomly drifting bottles along the way. When collided with, the text displayed could be just a sentence or two – no need for too much – mainly to showcase the culture/hopes of people from various places or corresponding eras.
2. The growth theme feels like it could be explored more deeply. I'm quite curious about what was originally written/wrapped on the initial paper boat. Finally, the photo of the paper boat is treasured by the protagonist, but it's hard to sense how the protagonist has changed (the character arc in this aspect).
**Scenes:**
1. In the first village scene, the shore could have some decorative elements like anglers.
**Overall, if it's out of 10, I'd give it a 6-7.**
