People need and request a mod website; There are thousands of people who know nothing about mods for MDRG because they don't even know they exist. But that's another story.
The program is completely open source and uses .ps1 and .bat formats, so with just two clicks you can view all the source code with a simple text editor like Notepad. There's no .exe file or installer. I can even send you the source code if you have any questions.
