Shortly after entering the genetic lab headquarters or whatever, exactly after passing the screen displaying the nuclear fallout warning and entering the corridor next to it, I fell through the floor and out of the world. At first I thought it was intentional, but after waiting a minute with nothing but a motion-blurred skybox, I decided it's probably a bug. Couldn't go back to a save or anything, so that's a game ender...
