Im also having this problem, although my phone is rooted, so I was just unsure if that was the problem, but I'm glad I'm not the only one
on its lib file it says
"armeabi-v7a"
Which is 32 bit and the devices we are using is 64 bit, So older devices can only work or only if there's a 64 bit version
