Does the game get stuck somewhere? Are you able to start the cutscene to start the vote?
Nope, no cutscene. It's like I haven't gotten any of the votes, despite having done all the missions

I just found the bug. I believe its when you insert the Fermented Mega Potato, that Minerva acts like The Vote quest is done. I will be releasing a hotfix to address this shortly!
