seems the relics don’t spawn when going back to the spots of previously defeated bosses if you’re playing a save from before the forge
Can you elaborate on this? The relics as in the Endless Snackbag and Pump of Winds?

Do you have the Endless Snackbag, Pump of Winds, Slime Crystal, and Bottomless Drink? You need all 4 to unlock the forge.
omg im so dumb, i dont have the bottomless drink, i had swell water thinking i had it lol so sorry
to make this not a waste of your time i did find a bug where you can leave the map right here where im standing at the spot where you have the nessie encounter
oh wow, i actually forgot to set the boundaries for the whole room. Better save inside the right spot, because it will be closed off next patch :)
