Really love the bones of this game, would love to see work cycles, maybe lunch/food rotations for stamina management, maybe even you decide when you sleep rather then a timer, could let you make the cube making process more complex or bigger orders! Credits for input maybe , so you have to manage what you make vs the cost and still have $$ to buy foods. Aspirational things would maybe be multiplayer, or you can hire other workers to make your output bigger but you'd need to manage their work ethic/stamina/mood and temperament ect. Doesn't need those things but if you really sink a lot into building it up you could consider those things. All in all the core loop in easy to understand and engaging enough to want to work harder/faster.
