There's no need for that. Using the game world settings sliders, you can minimize the number of transgender and non-binary characters and maximize the number of cisgender men and women. You can also customize the sex and gender identity of all major NPCs.

This minimised number still means a few percent of trans persons. I had a meeting in the bus with a person which name was coloured as a woman, then there was a screen with options give her or tease and the next screen was with information about a cock... Nothing pleasant.
