If the patreon subscription ends and i update my game with a newer version of the game do i lose access to the patreon exclusive characters and outfits i had before ?
Yes because the patreon only files are not included on the free version, even if you could keep the unlocked characters/outfits you wouldnt be able to watch the scenes,
