Quite a nice little game, would have needed audio for sure, some background music and SFX when infecting the cells (like a cough sound or something). level selection was a bit pointless, rather put like difficulty setting rather than level setting, since it was that basically.
Other than that quite alright idea, maybe try it out on phone as well, could be one of those games some people download and play for a while on the bus :)
