you should make it to where when you transition into a girl you can get pregnant and then your locked to being stuck as a girl I think thats be kinda neat
I'm not really sure how I would work pregnancy into the game, to be honest, but I won't rule it out.
I know it's frowned upon but you can always use ai for a profile image and use real pregnant women for the videos.
