Very cute game! I was unfortunately not able to pick anything up besides the stick in the beginning so I kept getting destroyed my monsters. The sprite art is really cool though! I hope you work on this game after the jam because it looks really fun!

Haha thank you for playing! Yeah weapon system was really bugged by the end of the Game Jam, so we made it so all the weapons were available at the very beginning via player page in the inventory! If we had it done to completion, the original vision was to be able to equip the stick automatically when you picked it up so you would be able to fight.
