I can't seem to get past collecting the games because I can't look around except for up. Is this a problem of the game or just my side?

Yes. I was able to collect three tapes but the others, no luck since it won't look left and right no matter how many times I try clicking. I also played a game just in case that fixes it but nope.
i didnt have any problems at all maybe restart the game idk..
