This is literally just a copy and paste of precure? Is this a fan parody game or do people actually believe this is original.

I think they are referring specifically to Smile Precure. They share a lot of similarities (the fairy familiers look similar, the main antagonist of the first chapter is wolf inspired, the concept of collecting jewels to put in a magical jewelry box). That's not a bad thing though! It has enough original elements to make it unique
