Disable annotations in your PDF viewer or something more permanent?
For example, to turn off annotations in Adobe Acrobat Reader go to Preferences, then select the Commenting section, and uncheck the option for “Automatically open comment pop-ups for comments other than notes”. Programs like Okular disable them with F6.
