The character model can literally have its gender and sex changed, you do not have to play as a female by any capacity. I play as a trappy femboy bunny man. It's called a template to start and you're not actually gendered in the text before the actual character creation happens.

This game has character dolls to represent your PC and those that are witnessed and can be approached, which will also act out the majority of your actions ingame. Automatically by default that makes it different from other text sandbox games bc literally nothing else fucking does that. Not even the big guns like CoC2 and TiTS.

Also I have played through the entire game and have not gotten raped at all, nor do I get by the game raping others either. Don't lose or get put in (or put yourself in) the stocks and if you make a nemesis ingame keep away from the canteen or be wary of it and just about everything you can get into can more or less be consensual. And even if you do lose you can immediately quick load before you do anyway to avoid that situation. You're also not obligated to rape everyone and can just leave them.
