There should be a folder with save games from me, the developer, to try out stuff. It should be in the folder "Developer save games".
If they do not load , please make sure to disable the savegame workaround in the gameplay menu.
And maybe, if this dos not help , you can have a look into the log file under :
"C:\Users[your user name]\AppData\LocalLow\Kernis none existing company\Bound in desire" it is called the Player.log
