No it doesn't, you'll still get all the events/signals like normal.
Also the high signal request is actually a bug, its only meant to be 3 on normal.
As for the signals disappearing, that has been changed to the signal ping getting smaller over time till it disappears

Yep, just like in previous versions, on normal Dr. Bao is only meant to request 3 signals at any time.
Good to hear its a bug honestly guess I should just wait for 9.0 to actually release I guess.
