It’s a known RPG Maker 2003 issue. On some keyboards, RM2k3 misreads C/V/B/N as arrow keys because of how the keyboard matrix is built. Trying a different keyboard or running the game in compatibility mode usually fixes it. Nothing in the game is causing it!
