yes, I didnt have the time so i cut out all the plots and tutorial parts at last minute.
Just wanted to make it on time, and give it a shot, just cause I worked on this for 3 days and didnt want to waste those!

you have to put the flyer/parabole near the citizens, to convince voting for you, and then go back to the "arrival" tile (checkerboard one). You also have to avoid touching patrols (the one moving across screen).
The level 2 is the one that works best.
