what are you using the recording method for? i have a 4090 and oled 4k monitor and no issue on running it (though I don't run the recording). I can test with recording if you let me know what you want testing
I believe that OP is referring to values in the performance tab, and recording they are mentioning is the sampling rate of hotscreen itself
