i managed to start it but it crash when i open it, probably is an issue with nwjs, you should try to update it, i tried:
chmod +x nwjs
arch -x86_64 /Users/****/Downloads/giochi/Lost.app/contents/MacOS/nwjs
sudo chmod -R 755 /Users/karol/Downloads/giochi/Lost.app/contents/MacOS/nwjs
i tried giving permissions but nothing, thats the crash log:
