I bought it but cannot open the file. It downloaded as HS Halloween Pack 2025 Vol.1 . I think because you put Vol.1 it thinks that is the file extension, so my windows has no CLUE what file type it is. Tried renaming as .zip because I'm guessing that's what type of file it is, but no luck. Please either re-upload it or tell me how to open it.

Hello! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble opening the file. I just checked the upload on my side and everything appears correct — the file is already a ZIP archive, so there’s no need to rename it to “.zip.”

If you renamed it earlier, please delete the “.zip” extension you added. You can then rename the file however you like, or even keep the original name — just make sure you don’t add any extra “.zip” at the end, because the file is already archived.

Once the extension is removed, right-click the file and choose Extract.

I also recommend using 7-Zip to extract it, as it handles ZIP files very reliably. You can download it for free here:

If you still run into issues, please let me know — I’m happy to help!

Thank you again for your purchase, and I hope you enjoy the pack! 🌿

Have a wonderful day, and Happy Holidays! ❄️🤗

Hello again!

Thank you for your patience. To make things easier, I’ve re-uploaded the download file — and should extract normally on all systems.

Please try downloading the pack again from your purchase page and let me know if it works for you. If you run into any other issue don't hesitate to contact us.

Thank you again for your support. Wishing you a smooth experience with the updated file! 🌿✨

I got the original working by renaming the download file with a .rar at the end. I was able to unzip it after that. Then the actual tileset images as Well had an unidentified file type and wouldn't open. So I had to rename them with .png on the end as well and that fixed it. I'm just using a regular Windows computer if that helps.

Hello again!

Thank you for the update, and I’m glad you managed to get the original file working on your system.

I’ve now re-uploaded a fully compatible .zip version, and if you ever need the files again you can safely re-download the updated version from your purchase page.

If you have any other trouble, please feel free to let us know 🌿✨

Have a happy game developing and we wish you good luck with your projects!🪷❄️
