a thing to note is that even with a great GPU, the game is still profoundly CPU bound. and even with that, the game engine is bound by using only a few cores.

this means even a great rig can still suffer from the limitations of the way the engine consumes high performance rigs. it leaves a lot of performance wasted.

for me, using this tool has greatly helped all the way around. from shortening the initial load (the launcher now gives you time output of how long it takes) to in-game use with AI helpers, etc.
