same every new update all my saves are gone, fun game but im tired of starting over

It's because PixelGames uses self-contained save files instead of ones created elsewhere on your pc. Go to "WelcomeToErosland-0.5-pc>game>saves". Everything in quotation marks is the exact file path within the main directory. Copy the folder labeled "saves" over to your new download, and voila. You have kept your progress.
