Search on google 'save editor', when you save, at the bottom there is the option to export or save to disk, paste the save file in the editor, but its kind of hard to find the values you need
If you look up how to cheat in this game you'll find a comment that someone made ages ago wherein they tell you how to change the selling price of the pipe gun to 999 and have it not be reduced from your inventory
