Make a shortcut for the game (right click on an empty folder and go to new and shortcut.) find your Game.exe (make sure that in the shortcut path the .Exe is IN THE PATH) and then press space and type
-dx11 at the end
Should look like "your folder\your folder\parasite inside folder(s) \game.exe" -dx11
For Context parasite inside uses dx12 which takes up more ram and is more difficult to run on most pcs. While dx11 which can still run dx12 games doesn't require as much. Therefore you can now play in without using all that Vram without any graphic changes
