Giving her headpats (not through skinship but the headpat option) as well as talking about SexEd once per day + giving her any form of milk did the trick for me. I think getting the Game Station is also a bonus in terms of relationship upgrades but it also unlocks new scenes/options (plus two more upcoming scenes that haven't been added yet)
