Dumb question I know but you do own the land correct?

yup i do i can use the corn dryer no problem corn dryer litterly says owned by me but the regular bins right beside it nothing

Definitely strange man but it has to be a mod conflict somewhere. Hope fully you use FSG ModAssist? Create a folder for testing in there with only a few "necessary" mods like easydev, store deliveries, etc... throw in something easy like Wampsville DIY map to use when it's not a map issue and then obviously Judith Plaines and try it.

ive tried it both ways with and without mods even fresh game save got the same thing idk if there are required mods that iam missing for it to work right other then the productions and husbandry mods

Man I wish I could help but that makes no sense to me. If I were you I'd just start over with a new map. If you try a new map and it's still happening then it's definitely something you've got in your mods. You're welcome to try my version of the map if you want one that is cleaned up.
