Goddamn, sorry to hear that.
Unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case, Godot is notoriously bad at handling AMD hardware. Even with my first game a few people with AMD hardware had troubles.
I'm not sure what I can do about that, my PC GPU is a Nvidia so it's hard to spot those issues.
I'll try to look around on the documentation and forums to see if maybe there's further options possible to increase compatibility with AMD
If you haven't done it, try updating your drivers.
