energy is the amount a girl can spend before gaining some trauma (if she has 20 ene. and does a job that cost 30, she'll gain 10 trauma. Then resilience (R) will diminish all trauma gain, so if she would get 10 trauma but has 4 res. she only gain 6. So trauma gain do not affect her as much (its like a bonus in energy but that reduce all trauma gain, if she would get trauma for another event than work, it would also be reduced
after checking some of the code, there's some options that can cause trauma gain, like the total cleanness (if the girl rooms are not clean, you get a negative impact based on the total dirtiness, so basically the more dirty it is the more impact you can have, but the impact only start when the total of dirtiness is above 50pts, so if you have 97% + 94% + 85%, its only 24 pts
No money to pay salary will give trauma (20pts) and low salary have a chance to give trauma on a cycle but it would be a low chance unless you pay them the minimum (actually from what i can see i think now its not even possible)
There's also lobby aggression that gives trauma to girl working on the lobby.
I'll check if there's other options but let me know if these could be the case (aggression are reported in the financial report)
my goal in the next update is to make those stats more clear somehow, without having to add numbers and stats everywhere.
