With respect, I don't think it's misleading. You can roleplay as an exclusively female-attracted character all you like, right up until the game suddenly tells you that your character had sex with a man. And no, you can't avoid this, for plot reasons.
This was pretty immersion-breaking and really put me off playing the next game, since it heavily features the consequences of this decision. So if you are lesbian and looking for representation, and you get easily invested in the characters you play, look elsewhere.
It is misleading, as the game never states it's an exclusively Yuri game for people who get easily invested in characters they play.
If you wish to romance exclusively female characters, the game allows you to do exactly that. A very small subset of people who get easily offended at very specific themes will unfortunately need to do their research before playing anything, as anything can be potentially triggering to them. The game doesn't advertise anything it's not. Am I making myself clear?
