I have a question. How would armies work exactly? Would they just replace combat efficiency?
No they would not replace combat efficiency they would just make it so that the larger the army the harder it is to invade that country, BUT if a nation dose not have a good econemy IT WOULD BE HARDER TO DRAFT AND HARDER TO MAINETAIN A LARGE ARMY.
