Excellent use of the theme, having the "time warp" be an environmental hazard is really clever for the gameplay. It has an excellent progression. 1 Suggestion I would have is to make the "time warp" zones grow faster, or have them spawn in at a faster rate, or maybe even spawn more coins in them to encourage the player to engage with the mechanic more. Really fun, great use of theme!! (also please make the itch.io text white)
