Yes ive already found them, as for the gazette its in the alley right next to the coffee shop
I already find gazette too. For lila, you have to find 3 manuals, one in alley, second after you spoke with guy, he tell you to go up stairs to view village and third one is in vending machine, code you also get when you spoke with guy nearby.
yeah i already have 4 books with the one that Hugo gives to us, seems like its just a bug..
