why in gods earth is windows protecting me for a quote on quote unknown virus. even tho its not. thats so stupid, any fixes?

Windows requires a licence obviously they can self sign but you still get a screen it's there because a license is pays and says there is no virus you can even put a license ontop of a virus but atleast they know the source lol
