Reach the level 37, then you will unlock a quest named "Build a robot".
Just complete the whole quest and you will be able to craft/build 2B (You will need Ahri to progress in quest)
I unlocked them both but now I can't chat to ahri and all her quests are completed?
You unlock both? So to craft her you just need pod, circuit board and contract crystal
