There's been talk of VPN bans, but little to nothing has come of it as far as I know. I think the censorship effort has, at least for the moment, hit a "high water" mark. We may even see some roll-back in the coming years as people have to cope with the practical reality of it. Starmer for one is...not particularly popular anymore, and while that's for many reasons, this stuff can't be helping.
