SIDE EFFECTS is a game with a simple mechanism but is very enjoyable to play. It's a game based on the simple logic of Russian roulette, played with pills, where you either win or lose everything. I had a lot of fun playing it, but it bothered me a bit that the patient on the other side knew everything. Still, it was a very enjoyable experience.
