Hi, I've loved this game ever since I found it a little bit after the Damage Update, but there are two major things which I think could be improved:
- AI difficulty: I'm aware that Infernal's comment has already partially addressed this, but once you get good enough, the AIs become too easy to beat, not just in Brazil or due to rain forecasting. In my current Championship, despite having a slow backmarker car, I still managed to get two pole positions as well as a win in Brazil in the first season. In the second season, I had a car which was *at best* 6th fastest overall out of the 12 different cars, but I still dominated the season with relative ease and carried my team to first place in the Constructors' too. Notably, my teammate had a rating of 104-99 (no idea how it surpassed 100, the next season rebalanced him to 94-99), but in the same car he finished 10th in that season. Season 3 was where the AIs actually became a breeze to beat, because once I had the fastest car (sometimes tied with other teams' performance), even my 94-99 rating teammate was consistently 1 second behind me in qualifying, and in one of the races, I nearly lapped second place twice.

I've also noticed that in some chicanes, such as the one in the UK track after the hairpin, the AIs slow down noticeably because they brake to turn slightly before the end of it, even though you can just drive in a nearly straight line. Thus, my suggestion would be to make the AIs find better racing lines, because although the higher rated AIs have decent defense in wheel-to-wheel battles, they still have some room for improvement in everything else, especially in tight hairpins. - Upgrades: although I'm fine with the way the current upgrade and perks system is designed, I encountered a glitch today which ended my season: I couldn't progress to the next race because the game wanted me to upgrade, but I couldn't do so because my car was maxed out.

This was the main reason why I decided to comment, because I'd like to suggest adding an option to opt out of upgrading the car or to at least add a parameter checking whether or not the player can actually upgrade their car further. I think that not only will this prevent softlocking, but also allow for more of a fun challenge if you decide not to upgrade the car as much and still beat the AI in inferior machinery. I've also noticed that the text that appears on screen when unlocking perks for tire wear/speed says 10%, despite the 'Active Perks' menu saying 5%. - Settings: I don't know if this is a problem exclusive to the Mac version of the game, but whenever I change screens (i.e. between the menu and the race), it resets my audio settings and I'm forced to reapply my settings manually every time. The previous update didn't have this problem, so I hope this can be fixed soon.
- Brakes: the brakes in this game are basically useless in my opinion – the only reason you might need to use it is to reverse the car, but in normal racing, all you need to do to turn – even on the tightest of corners – is let go of the throttle and start spamming it like Senna. Braking stops the car wayyyy too quickly as well.
I hope that this feedback will allow the game to be improved even more, because I've been enjoying it and look forward to the next update!
