I don't know of any license that specifically disallows all of those. You can of course just keep what you already have on the page "no blockchain", etc. and remove the mention of the CC0 license which is what I have seen other people on itch.io do. I'm not sure why you might think message wouldn't be in good faith, I make CC0 projects and when I need something like background music I look through assets tagged as CC0 on itch.io and it would be better if I didn't need to verify if it was actually under CC0 to use it in my projects. (I had already downloaded and listened to a few tracks before realizing it wasn't CC0). CC0 is quite an absolute "I waive all of my rights" in regards to content so you can't add on extra restrictions like that. I don't make any AI, NFTs, or blockchain projects, I just want my own stuff to be all CC0.

Fair enough, I think I will keep the CC0 license and adjust the wording to just discourage use in GenAI/Blockchain related projects (as I would rather people who need these assets be able to know for sure they can use them with no strings attached). Thanks for your help!

As far as the "good faith" thing, I've gotten comments before from bots or spam accounts that mass-reply to projects with the same or very similar messages, and so your comment flagged as a little unusual in that regard to me. Apologies!
