Usually, issues like this are easy to fix — but that only applies to games that weren’t configured properly. In this case, the page is set up correctly, and the game runs fine through the itch.io app for most players. However, a few people have occasionally reported similar app-specific issues.
Unfortunately, I don’t have much control over this, since the problem seems to occur on the itch.io application side and only affects certain users.
