At the start of the game, pick a Perk on your left from the posters on the wall, and walk toward the closet.
Eliminate the wave of enemies to get your reward where you pick a random side effect for the next round!

Game Synopsis:
PartyHat has a peculiar disorder, ever since they were a child they were haunted by this eldritch apparition, a recurring annoyance that became part of their daily life, and every time it shows up it sucks them up into a random wacky dimension which became a manifestation of their worst nightmares.
they found out that getting rid of the enemies in the pastel wacky dimensions manifests a cure, The Eldritch pill which makes the beast goes away, but it has a very strict posology that shows its side effects once they run out of the miracle medication, and they have to do it all over again.
