First (I think) you have to talk with Kai and Helios, side with the heroes when he asks you what you will do after being attacked by "Shyloh" (Rosario) and after a lot of blah blah blah Rosario asks if you trust them. If you say yes you'll get common 1 and if you say no you'll get common 2.
