Cannot remember my LOGIN to the cloud through here. How do i get that reset? I have my INVITIATION KEY still

When you open the game, there is a "Lost your password?" link

So i reset my password it said it was successful, however when i go to login it says "cannot connect database server". I wonder if i have the right username? is there anyway we can do a private or email message to make sure I have the right USERNAME?

This "cannot connect database server" error might really be a connection error, try again.

If you forget your username, you can send an email to our support email (on the game login page). Don't forget the invitation key.
