There is conversation (not sure if in Happy or NTR route) that she will take pills... So no, she won't get pregnant... And even if she will not take pills, like I said previously, the nanobots will eventually dissolve her egg.

Maybe I should clarify some stuff here. It is heavily implied that Liz is on birth control though not directly stated by Liz in-game until a specific point depending on the path. So far there is no indication that the nanobots have anything to do with pregnancy yet, be it stopping the eggs or counteracting the birth control. This doesn't mean that she can't get pregnant and there are several theories going around about how and when she may get impregnated. This is coming from many discussions on the patreon discord.
