there are certain times where the character will tell you not stare at their thigh or focus on said parts, what if there are game overs for not scrolling up or down to said part as a disobedience maybe giving people like 3 seconds to scroll before ending the run?
what about difficult modifier such +10 ppb for drinking coffee/energy drink for increase blood pressure or firm hands where you are supposed hold tight through out the run for +10 ppb base value

tbh the scroll before ending the run part would be game ending .
What I mean by that is it would need to be activated in the settings as a Plus . Because it would maybe make some people leave the game due to the difficulty .
Since you need to have one of your arm scrolling with your mouse while jorking it . So if you make people lose because they wanted to jork it , it would be kinda dumb.
