If that were true, it would still be a massive design oversight. More to my point, I’ve only ever seen it when the player tries to order something kink or fetish-related that isn’t included in the game.

that's simply not true. I've been playing for over an hour and a lot of words give that response. For example, most 2 letter words give that response
yeah but it's not exclusive to that, you also get the psycho response by inputting anything that isn't in whatever list or dictionary all the "tasteless" words come from, sort of an oversight but it's just a result of this separation between words that exist but don't have a response and words that don't exist, it's impossible to account for every word so anything that isn't defaults to the psycho one, be it "ajpttu" or "vore"
also i only checked now but for your first comment, this exists, only one spelling for it is accounted for, same thing as before
