Although I don't know the Papa Louie series very well myself, I hear that this is well inspired from there. It definitely shows in the varied gameplay! The visuals are also nice to look at thanks to the colors and readability.
I did see some balancing issues while playing. Due to RNG pickups and rate of orders, sometimes the game feels like it simply decides not to let the player win even if they seem to do everything right - although on the other hand, health is incredibly easy to recover, almost trivializing the bullet hell half. Assuming that it wasn't an issue with scoring comprehension, one potential solution would be to somehow allow the player to target specific ingredients (whether clicking them to increase rates or walking around specific spots to hasten their appearance).
Aside from that, the short story and portraits are a lot of fun, and the entire concept makes for a good take on the theme! I had fun with it overall. ^.^
Hi! I took sometime to check your gameplay (from YouTube) and thanks a lot for the feedbacks! We just added a final round of patches dedicated for RNG related problems and decreased the score requirement to 35000
(the score requirement was supposed to be changed a while ago but due to exams it's delayed to today( • ᴖ • 。))

The gameplay feels smooth. I had a great time playing, and the drawings are absolutely charming :D
I enjoyed the game, though I do feel that there's a lot of RNG involved. Sometimes I'd get an order and sit around until it expired trying to get the one ingredient I needed for the order.
The web build has a win condition of 100,000 which doesn't seem to be possible without incredible RNG. I tried the most recent downloadable version and it doesn't require that much.
yes it should be patched now... The score requirement was supposed to be patched almost immediately after release but due to some issues I left it til today... sorry for the inconvenience
Fun game! The balancing feels fair, and the order were fairly difficult. There was a point where the order is just not do-able because the ice creams it required stacked higher than the dispenser. Otherwise I had a fun time. I'm not 100% clear on how the ice cream stacking worked. Is there an invisible wall around? If so some shading to communicate that might be helpful to the players.

With regards to the ice cream stacking issue, we will be adding a new patch to it some time in the near future, but for now I think just letting it fall outside of the cone will also count as part of ingredients added (yes... and we decided to keep this bug)

The story was cute! Reimu taking time out of her day to harass Cirno at her dayjob was also hilarious.
